The pairings are out. A total of 26 pairs are set to take the greens, with big names like Ruoning Yin, Jin Young Ko, Celine Boutier and Nelly Korda being also part of the field. Here’s a list of names to watch out for.

  1. Ruoning Yin: Yin is currently the world’s number 2 golfer. The Chinese player has been at her career’s peak this year after winning two championships in the first half and then reaching No. 1 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings for the first time in her career.
  2. Jin Young Ko: The South Korean golfer currently sits in the third spot on women’s golf’s worldwide ranking chart. The player was successful in defending her HSBC Women’s World Championship title earlier this year against Nelly Korda. Jin Young also won this year’s Cognizant Founders Cup playoff against the BMW Ladies Champion Minjee Lee.
  3. Celine Boutier: The 29-year-old player is currently the world’s 5th best. This year has been good for Boutier. She won a major at the Evian Championship. The golfer was all over the headlines after her win in her home country after shooting four rounds in the 60s. She was also part of the Solheim Cup-winning European team.
  4. Nelly Korda: LPGA’s favorite cover girl is currently in the 6th spot on the rankings. Korda has had a rough 2023. The golfer played four matches at this year’s Solheim Cup out of which she won 2 and lost 2.
  5. Lydia Ko: Ko stands in 9th position on the world ranking charts. Among the top players playing this season, she is the only one who entered the event on invitation. Her year has seen her win at the Aramco Saudi Ladies International in Saudi Arabia.
