The biennial Solheim Cup has finally come to an end, and Team Europe has hoisted the winner’s flag this season. Lexi Thompson delivered a graceful performance in Spain last weekend. Team USA’s captain’s strategic last pick made it clear that she was ready to give it her all on the greens. After a challenging 2023 start, where she missed 10 out of the 13 cuts and was barely able to make it to the team, Thompson faced defeat alongside her peers. But now she seems ready to battle it out on the course once more.
After the weekend play, as the teams relax back into their routine, the LPGA star has updated her fans on how her week has been. On Tuesday, the American pro took to Instagram and posted a story about her return to her homeland and how she is grappling with the change in time zones.
Her Instagram story read, “Went from a 20-hour travel day to a 30-hour day. Travel life at it’s finest lol.” She further added, “One day at home then back on the road for two weeks.”
