Did the golf world approve of the LIV golf schedule?
The LIV season of 2022 ended successfully in Miami, with Dustin Johnson’s team winning it all. Since then, Greg Norman has been busy preparing for the next season. Many speculations and rumors have been making rounds about the Saudi-backed circuit. Few top PGA players’ names were speculated to join the tour; however, for now, they stay as rumors.
The schedule and venues of LIV have garnered the attention of fans on Twitter. Despite many considering it as a baseless speculation, the official handle of LIV golf updates feel very sure about their shared schedule. “While some of this is waiting official confirmation, I am confident in the accuracy of this.” Only time will tell if they are true or not.
This LIV schedule is mostly confirmed by numerous sources (Boston still in the air).
It’s disappointing that there are only 5 international events and that the Asian Tour’s International Series is being proven to not be supported by the star names from LIV.

It can be safely said that the fans do not seem very happy with the schedule. According to them, the schedule differed from the world tour, as many vital venues were not on the schedule. But at the same time, few people found it interesting and could not wait. The account ‘Flushing It’ also shared the plan, but was disappointed. They said, “It’s disappointing that there are only 5 international events and that the Asian Tour’s International Series is being proven to not be supported by the star names from LIV.”

Only having 3 tournaments before the Masters, with one being the week before, is interesting, no?

I love the Greenbrier addition. This is somehow the only CB MacDonald course on any tour, & along with Valderrama, the most exciting addition. Rest of schedule is not for me.

Not exactly going around the world. Granted, it’s way more international than the PGA Tour but they don’t hide behind that – they know that they only deal in the USA. This growing the game rubbish needs to stop, just admit we take it where the money is.

So much for being a world tour- LIV doesn’t follow thru with their promises again

I think I will wait until LIV announces their 2023 schedule. If this is accurate, LIV has missed the mark considerably.

14 events with 2 players worth watching and a ridiculous team event.

A lot of players don’t like to play the week before a major.
