Will LIV Golf add another Ryder Cup-famed player to its roster? The 2024 season has just begun and the breakaway league has already embellished their golfers’ lineup with the likes of high-profile European players such as Jon Rahm, Adrian Meronk, and Tyrell Hatton. It looks like one more player is set to write their name on the very same list.
Tommy Fleetwood had been seen gracing the Las Vegas Country Club with other LIV Golf players. The recent sighting of the English golfer sparked curiosity in the golf world about whether Fleetwood would be the next in line to join LIV Golf.

Although the post asked not to read more into the image than it was in reality, it did not take time for the rumor mills to start spinning. So, is Fleetwood joining the PIF-backed league? Well, the English golfer’s latest signing could give us some insight into his mind and his thoughts regarding his golfing future.
The 7-time DP World Tour winner was one of the first golfers to sign with Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy’s innovative simulation league, which will go on floors in 2025. The Englishman has recently been inducted as the last player to join Serena William’s Los Angeles Golf Club. Another reason to not believe any rumor that may arise due to Fleetwood’s presence at Las Vegas CC is that the 33-year-old does not find playing at the PIF-backed league’s courses best for his golf game.
