The LIV 2023 season is officially over and the results have leaned toward the Scientist and his team. While Talor Gooch from the RangeGoats won the Individual Championship this year, Bryson DeChambeau’s team Crushers have bagged the team championship.

The winners will go home with a 14 million dollar prize money, and THE Crushers camp is probably out there celebrating the big win right now. Meanwhile, actor Chris Pratt has extended his appreciation for the golf pro and posted a hearty tweet on the achievement.

The Crushers competed for one of the top four positions as a tier 1 team in the final round of the final event of the LIV 2023 season. They finished with a score of 11-under as a team. Notably, Anirban Lahiri scored a 7-under, and Bryson DeChambeau scored a 5-under in the round.

While taking time to congratulate DeChambeau on the big win, Pratt also mentioned the amazing 58 round that the Scientist pulled off at Greenbrier earlier this year. He also shared a picture that had fan comments praising DeChambeau and the team for their win.

Chris Pratt’s tweet read: “Absolutely love watching my brother @b_dechambeau and his team @Crushers_GC dominate over at LIV. What a season! A 58 and now a team championship!? Was that four miles of putts!? Congrats BDC! #LIVGolf”

Coming back to Chris Pratt, let’s explore his interest in golf and his golf experiences with the Scientist. Pratt has been playing golf for the past five years. The actor apparently has a handicap of 9 and is quite enthusiastic about the sport.

A year back, Mr.58 had posted a video on his YouTube Channel, titled “A Day on the Course with Chris Pratt.” The duo played a 9-hole match together and appeared like they knew each other pretty well from before. At the end of the game, Pratt scored a 5-over, while DeChambeau scored a 4-under.

The golf world wasn’t very kind to the tweet, and they had a lot to say about the friendship between the two, and also about the authenticity of the tweet.

Fans turn suspicious after seeing Pratt’s tweet

The comments were mostly about how Chris Pratt probably got paid for this tweet. There were some comments that subtly hinted at it, while others directly stated that theory.

This comment contemplated the potential value of this tweet in terms of compensation for the one who tweeted. That obviously shows the user’s theory that this was a paid tweet.

Although this comment doesn’t pose any accusations, the Twitter user expressed disappointment with the tweet. Apparently, Chris Pratt is their favorite actor, and the tweet stung them. But it’s not really clear why, though. Maybe the fan doesn’t like LIV Golf.

This one comment subtly takes a dig at Pratt, claiming that he forgot the “ad” hashtag.

The following reaction shows the fan’s admiration for the friendship between Chris Pratt and Bryson DeChambeau.

A Brooks Koepka fan identified themself by claiming that the Smash is a much better team than Crushers.

And out of nowhere, one comment read “Love you Daddy.” And when we looked at the handle, we could make sense of it.
