The first-ever Las Vegas showdown by LIV Golf will come to an end in just a few hours. The enthralling 54-hole match at the Las Vegas Country Club started on February 8th and delivered a power-packed three days. Unlike the PGA Tour’s People’s Open, the LIV Golf Las Vegas was not hampered by weather issues.
The LIV Golf event boasts a heftier prize purse than its counterpart and, as per tradition, gives out money to all those participating in the field. Here is what the golfers will get in the end based on their finish on the leaderboard.

A few days ago, the LIV Golf individual season opener trophy was lifted in Mayakoba by the Chilean golfer, Joaquin Niemann, which was also his maiden LIV victory. Whereas, the team event was won by the debutant team, Legion XIII, captained by Jon Rahm. The individual winner earned a $4 million check with the three-striped black trophy.

While the winning team of four got $3 million, giving each golfer earned around $750,000. The prize purse for LIV Golf Las Vegas will be the same as the last event in El Camaleon. From the $20 million prize pool for the individual championship, the winner will get a 20% cut ($4 million), while the golfer at the bottom will go home with a $50,000 paycheck.
Moreover, the winning team will be earning $3 million from the $5 million prize pool reserved for the team championship. The rest of the $5M sum will be divided between the first and second runner-up teams. The full breakdown for team and individual matches is below:

After two rounds at the Las Vegas CC, 2020 U.S. Open winner Bryson DeChambeau and 2-time major winner Dustin Johnson are sharing the lead with a score of 11 under 129. Followed by Peter Uihlein, Matthew Wolff, and Jon Rahm at T3, two strokes away from the lead.

The marquee group for the final day is also based on the same finishes. Johnson, Rahm, and DeChambeau. The three will be teasing it off at 12:46 p.m. ET (9:46 a.m. PST). The shotgun tee time will start at 12:35 p.m. ET (9:35 a.m. PST). On the other hand, charting the team leaderboard, 4Aces GC and Range Goats GC are tied for one with 26 under 394.
