He’s a monster on the greens. Or, you can just call him the ‘Scientist,’ whichever seems apt. His teammates would agree as well. But there’s one thing that Bryson DeChambeau’s squad mates (yes, the rest of the LIV Golf Pros from Crushers GC) would prefer not to call him. And “it was a unanimous decision,” as mentioned by the Instagram post!

“Who on the team would you never let date your daughter?” asked the interviewer to the 2024 U.S. Open champ’s teammates. Their response should be quite obvious by now! All three said, “Bryson,” without a moment’s thought. His reaction? A hilarious, albeit disappointed, face as he let out his breath while at a loss for words. “Yeah, that… that… Well, what am I supposed to say to that?” But wait! If you’re feeling sad for the skipper, then wait till you hear the rest of their replies.

All of them, unfortunately for DeChambeau, didn’t just mention his name but added quite a bit of reaction to their replies as well. Anirban Lahiri had a good laugh before answering, “There’s only one person who can date on the team so it’s Bryson.” Charles Howell III, meanwhile, replied, “Without a doubt, it’s Bryson. Yeah, we’re gonna keep her away from the captain!” Paul Casey, however, retorted as if stating the obvious; “Bryson, Dude!”

Seems like his gameplay and skills are something that would be left on the greens when it comes to matters of giving their daughter’s hand in marriage for Bryson DeChambeau’s teammates. It doesn’t matter to them if you are inside the top 10 on the OWGR or have two major wins to your name. Neither does it appear to make a difference if you’re the captain of the team with the highest chance to win the LIV Golf Team Championship.

Feeling sad for the golfer yet? Well, it’s fine even if you don’t, as the athlete was rumored to be in a relationship with Lilia Schneider, a collegiate golfer from Marian University. That was but one of the many romantic relationships that the LIV Golf pro was speculated to be in, unfortunately for him.

Bryson DeChambeau’s rumored relationship

Back in February 2022, a Valentine’s Day social media exchange led to the relationship between Bryson DeChambeau and Hunter Nugent, a golfer from the University of Texas, becoming public. However, they broke up soon after, following which he was spotted with Schneider at the LIV Golf Invitational in Chicago in September 2022.

Although they were ‘reportedly’ dating, the current status of their relationship is unknown. But with Lahiri divulging how the golfer is single in the recent video, it seems DeChambeau is yet to get lucky in the romance department. And it appears he wouldn’t get any sort of help from the Crushers’ teammates either!
