LIV Golf 2025 has been a tale of ups and downs. The first edition in Riyadh, dubbed ‘LIV Under the Lights,’ was a standard affair. However, in Adelaide, the golfing extravaganza was welcomed by hordes of people, who took it upon themselves to celebrate the event like a premier festival. LIV Golf will look for a repeat of the Adelaide exploits in Hong Kong. In addition, they will also want the players involved to the intensity so the fans get what they want.
So far, Polish golfer Adrian Meronk and Chilean sensation Joquin Niemann have claimed thrilling victories in the two previous events. Meronk won by two strokes against Jon Rahm in Riyadh, while Joaquin Niemann defeated Abraham Ancer and Carlos Ortiz by three strokes in Australia. Meronk has the advantage on overall points, edging out Jon Rahm and Joaquin Niemann.
All players will compete in Hong Kong after three weeks, where there is much at stake regarding prize money.

Can Jon Rahm maintain his dominance, or will a new star steal the spotlight in Hong Kong?
Have an interesting take?
The total payout at LIV Golf Hong Kong comes to a whopping $25 million, in addition to the prize money for the teams. But who will likely win it?
The star-studded field at Hong Kong
Jon Rahm is easily the favourite for the event. The Spaniard has been a dominant force on the Saudi-backed tour and has yet to finish outside the Top 10 in a LIV Golf event. Last season, he finished atop of the individual points leaderboard. This season, he is second in the individual points leaderboard, while his team, Legion XIII GC, is leading the team category.

Joaquin Niemann is also in fine form at the moment. The Chilean showed nerves of steel to clinch the last event over Abraham Ancer. Ancer, on the other hand, looks to win this event for the second time in a row, having clinched victory at the Hong Kong Golf Club last year. The likes of Bryson DeChambeau, Tyrell Hatton, and Brooks Koepka are firmly in the mix.
Who do you think will win the title in Hong Kong? Will it be one of the big names like Rahm or Koepka? Or will it be a new rising star in the world of golf?
