The 44th edition of the Ryder Cup is about to begin in all its glory, and fans and golfers are excited. After all, it is one of the most prestigious tournaments a golfer can compete in and represent his country in such grandeur. One such golfer whose chances of doing so were hanging by a thread after he dropped out of the top 6 was Brooks Koepka, but with his tremendous performance throughout the year, he made his way to the American squad.

Zach Johnson’s American team is at Marco Simone Golf Club to observe the course they will be competing on. And from what it appears, the chances are that fans might get to witness a big change in Koepka before the actual competition begins.

Brooks Koepka may bring something new to the 2023 Ryder Cup

Keopka was just in Rome, taking a look with his team at the golf course where he will be competing in the coming 15 days. The guys had an amazing weekend and had the time of their lives on the course.

Koepka shared a picture of his from the course that garnered quite a lot of attention, and for all the right reasons. As he stood with a club in his hand, smiling from ear to ear, one thing that caught everyone’s eye in the picture was his ‘mullet.’ Along with the captivating picture, he wrote, ‘MERICA, LET’S RYDE 🇺🇸.”

Jena Sims and Brooks Koepka are without a doubt one of the most adored couples in the golf fraternity, and rightfully so! The golfer’s wife hysterically commented under the picture and wrote, Let’s also think about cutting that hair.” Sims hinted that her husband should cut his hair and get a new look before he makes his way to Italy for the tournament in about 15 days.

Golfer’s brother, Chase Koepka, came in Sims’ support and sarcastically wrote, “Thank you,” whereas a few fans came in Koepka’s support and asked to continue “Operation Mullet.” Under her wife’s comment, the 5X major champion wittily wrote, “Freedom Flow 🦅”

Though there were many speculations about Koepka’s presence on the team, now that he is a part of the squad, his excitement is unmatched. The 33-year-old is elated about his appearance at the century-old Ryder Cup and is getting along really well with his other Team USA compatriots.

In his latest interview, the American skipper talked about the chemistry the team shares with each other. The question really hinted at whether there is any tension between the only LIV golfer and the PGA Tour pros. But to everyone’s surprise, Johnson revealed that the team is getting along really well and is bonding really nicely.

He revealed that Koepka’s presence on the team was never really a debate. He shared that all the players, especially the automatically qualified players, said that they wanted the 2023 PGA Championship winner to be a part of the team.
