The LIV golf and PGA Tour feud has been the center of attention for months in the golf world. With both sides going head-to-head, the battle seems to have no end. But only recently has LIV won a huge victory for their side in this ongoing battle. The Tour had moved for a dismissal of the antitrust lawsuit that LIV Golf has against it. Larry Klayman, the attorney for LIV’s side, announced that the motion for dismissal was rejected.

The attorney went on to say that because of this the truth would now come out in the open. He stated, “The whole truth will now be exposed for all to see and hear.” Klayman added that this would serve as absolution for the Saudi-backed series. He said, “The court’s ruling is thus a major victory for golf fans, and by extension, LIV Golf, whose players have been defamed and trashed by the defendants.” Klayman was on a high after this win for his side and stated, “Let justice ring!”

The players also said that the Tour had placed “unprecedented suspensions” on them.
The lawsuit also stipulates that the PGA Tour denied these players income-earning opportunities, threatened them with bans from events and attacked their business partners, all while admitting to curbing competition.
