With the Solheim Cup just days away on her schedule, Charley Hull was recently left dumbfounded during a hilarious interaction with one of her Solheim Cup teammates. Her fury was quite visible when she took this out to her Instagram. Hull opened up and expressed her inability to accept what had just happened right before her eyes.

Hull could not mask her disappointment at the incident, which had nothing to do with her fast-approaching teammate’s antics on the course, but off the course with her ‘etiquette’, while writing her caption. She hilariously even went as far as suggesting the concerned player be banned from the Solheim Cup. What drastic step did the comrade take to merit such a reaction?

Charley Hull recently shared a video on Instagram of her Solheim Cup teammate, Emily Pedersen. The two had gone out for a meal, and the video showed the Danish golfer working her way through a chicken wing. The interesting bit was that she was using her flatware, or cutlery, to eat her wings.

Pedersen, in an act that defied convention, tackled chicken wings with the grace of fine dining, which comically shocked Hull. The Englishwoman, amused by this activity, captured it and shared it in her story.

The British golfer captioned it, “Should be banned from the Solheim Cup team for this. Eating chicken wings with knife and a fork.” In the video, Pedersen smiled and carried on, and Hull repeatedly wondered aloud why, “She’s eating chicken wings with knife and fork.”

Pedersen was recently selected as one of the picks of European Captain Suzann Pettersen. She will make her third appearance at the event—her first coming when she debuted in 2017, and the next when she was a part of the International side’s winning team in 2021. And even though Hull hilariously joked that she would be banned from the event for her table etiquette, the Danish star has rightfully earned her spot.
