The social media influencer took to TikTok hours ago to talk about her story and how she came to play the sport. As a person who keeps her personal life private, her followers were able to get a sneak peek into her story through the post. In the video, wearing a robe and applying her makeup, Hailey Ostrom begins sharing her story with her followers!

As per the video, the 29-year-old started her interaction with the sport at the age of 2, when she picked up the club for the first time. Although she was little, she used to love spending time with her father on the course while putting around the green. When she was 9, she even took part in the local tournament hosted by the Central Oregon Junior Golf Association (COJGA), where she spent her teenage years playing golf.

Sharing her experience at a Division 3 college, the content creator talked about how George Fox University provided a great place for playing golf. During her 4 years at the college, she went on to lead her team to the nationals in her senior year while receiving All-American Honors.

“I moved to Arizona after I graduated to pursue professional golf… I just kind of figured it out, and it was the best decision I ever made”, said Ostrom as she talked about how she started her career after college. Using her social media, the influencer now makes content about golf to create awareness and educate people regarding the same. It’s clear that the gorgeous golfer has come a long way and also has perhaps an even longer way to go!

What sparked the Paige Spiranac and Hailey Ostrom rivalry?

Ostrom is often touted as Paige Spiranac’s rival since both are in the same industry. However, the fiery rivalry between them boils down to one incident from last year. It all began when golf enthusiast Amanda Rose took to Twitter to idealize Tiger Woods, claiming that he was an even better father than he was a golfer. Ostrom took offense to the post and was quick to point out the 15-time major winner’s troublesome marriage and his 2009 scandal. She then made a comparison between him and her own father, stating that the latter had “set the bar too high”.

That’s when Paige Spirananc stepped in! The golf beauty publicly called out Ostrom and her father. She revealed how her rival’s father had sent her a DM on Instagram, commenting on her being a poor role model. The argument kept on raging, with both influencers standing their ground firmly, until eventually Ostrom put out the fire with an apology.

Although she has fewer fans following her on Instagram than the ex-pro golfer, Ostrom is unquestionably famous for her skills and her social media posts. However, whether or not she can catch up to Spiranac remains to be seen!
