How pumped up is Keegan Bradley for the 2025 Ryder Cup? Whether he goes in as a playing captain or just a captain, Bradley is undoubtedly committed to his role. The 38-year-old has been showing up big time on the PGA Tour recently to prove his worth as a player. But he has also been vocal about the challenges he faces as a captain. At the end of the day, his primary goal has always been to win back the Ryder Cup from Rory McIlroy & Co.

Many were skeptical about Bradley’s desire to go into the prestigious event. Some even suggest that he will “fall on his face” if he continues on this path. But Bradley has been headstrong and focused on letting his golf do the talking. Fans got a glimpse of his drive at the 2025 Genesis Invitational when he hit an unbelievable ace in the third hole of the final round. And now, he has revealed his intent for the 2025 Ryder Cup as shown in an episode of Full Swing on Netflix.

NUCLR GOLF tweeted a glimpse of the episode that included Keegan Bradley’s speech. The Team US captain said, “I’ve been doubted my whole f**king life. That’s when I do my best work. We are gonna go to Bethpage to kick their f**king a**.” Bradley’s statement resonated through the crowd as they roared loudly to their captain’s speech. On the outside, it may seem that he doesn’t have the support of his peers. But looking at the video, it seems that Keegan Bradley and Team US are as ready as they could be to beat Team Europe on September 28, 2025.

Keegan Bradley vs. Luke Donald: A battle of national

When it comes to Team US, a quarter of Keegan Bradley’s squad is nearly confirmed. Xander Schauffele, Scottie Scheffler, and Bryson DeChambeau will make it to the team. However, the remaining 3 on merit and Bradley’s picks are still not confirmed. Right now, Collin Morikawa, Maverick McNealy, and Patrick Cantlay have taken up the 3 spots on merit. With Bradley eager to qualify on merit himself, it might cause a rift within the other three potential players. As far as his picks go, the Team US captain might consider the 2023 Ryder Cup’s star performer, Max Homa. Alternatively, Justin Thomas and Brooks Koepka might also get called up due to their past performances.

What’s your perspective on:

Can Keegan Bradley's fiery spirit finally bring the Ryder Cup back to American soil?

Have an interesting take?

Rory McIlroy and Tyrrell Hatton lead the list on merit for Luke Donald. Team Europe might also get the services of Rasmus Hojgaard, Ludvig Aberg, and Shane Lowry. Thomas Detry completes the top 6 and won’t be a bad choice considering his recent form. Outside the current rankings, Jon Rahm, Viktor Hovland, and Sergio Garcia might get a shoutout from the Team Europe captain. Tommy Fleetwood, Justin Rose, and Sepp Straka will also be great picks.
