Justin Rose has been having a winner’s drought for almost 15 months now. His last win was at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am back in February 2023, where he defeated Brendon Todd and Brandon Wu by 3 strokes. Thomas’s 2024 season has started on a positive note he has failed to get into the top 10 of any of the seven events that he has played in.
However, the 11-time PGA Tour winner has shown a rather commendable performance on the Kentucky greens. After scoring a 7-under, 64 in the penultimate round of the PGA Championship on Saturday, he has managed to climb near the top of the list. Rose is headed into the final round at Valhalla with a T7, tied with Robert Macintyre. Will his versatile arsenal help him grab his first win after such a long gap?
Justin Rose relies on Titleist for the driver

Having experimented with several drivers like the TaylorMade SIM2, Titleist TSi3, and Ping G425 Max, Rose has finally found his best companion for hitting long-distance shots. He is currently using the Titleist TSR3 driver with a 9-degree loft. Priced at $449, it helps in giving precise speed and distance. It is using this driver that he has managed to acquire a driving accuracy of 67.12%. Rose uses it with the Project X HZRDUS Black 60 TX shaft.
The former US Open Champion keeps two TaylorMade M6 fairways in his bag. One is a fifteen-degree 3-wood, and the other is an eighteen-degree 5-wood. Both of them are equipped with the Project X HZRDUS Smoke Black RDX 80 TX shaft. It has a retail price of $299.99, however, a limited sale on the website is giving it away at $249.99!
Justin Rose’s irons have undergone several changes throughout the year. For the 2024 season, he entered the field with the Ping iCrossover utility iron (2 iron). Justin Rose’s choice of wedges and putters
Justin Rose has a total of 5 wedges. However, he only carries three of them. The Titleist Vokey SM9 (48, 52, 56) degrees. It is the preferred choice of top players like Justin Thomas, Jessica Korda, Max Homa, Jordan Spieth, and Cameron Smith. Additionally, Rose also has the Cleveland RTX ZipCore Tour Rack (60 degrees) and WedgeWorks (60 degrees). The 48-degree jokey is equipped with the KBS Tour 125 S+ shaft, while the others are fitted with a KBS Hi-Rev 135 X shaft.
