Jordan Spieth is a part of the field this week at the AT&T Bryson Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch. It is the last regular PGA Tour event before the 2022 PGA Championship which starts next week. Spieth made an incredible prediction about the scoring conditions when the event starts on May 19 at the challenging Southern Hills layout.
At the same time, the three-time major championship winner also spoke about how the golf course will play and provided a few important updates about the same. Not to forget, Jordan and his good mate Justin Thomas played a quick practice round at the venue on May May 10.
Surprisingly, Spieth played at Southern Hills back in 2009 at the U.S. Amateur. But according to him now the course has changed a lot. Moreover, the bold prediction about the event will surprise every golf fan.

He said, “I think it’s going to be a really firm and fast PGA and it’s going to be one of the higher scoring PGAs that we have seen. It was a great test. I really enjoyed playing it”

Spieth added, “The golf course was fantastic. I loved it. The green complexes are perfectly fitting to the holes. The greens play maybe three quarters of the size that they actually are. So, you can be left with a lot of really delicate little shots.”

Moreover, Jordan’s words prove the difficulties that the professionals will face next week when the PGA Championship begins. At the same time, it also shows how much the course has changed since the American professional played there for the first time.
