Fans got to see a video of Jon Rahm showing his exceptional skills in the latest post by Flushing Golf. While it was a fairly normal video, the caption caught everyone’s attention. According to the caption, Rahm has now confirmed that after the Andalucia Masters, we will not see the golfer at any professional golf tournament in the 2024 season. This move has been made considering that Rahm will have met all the minimum requirements of the DP World Tour.

“Jon Rahm says the Andalucia Masters will be his final event or 2024 now he’s reached his DP World Tour minimum. He also says that he will play one event prior to the 2025 LIV season, expected to be in Dubai. Good to see him finishing his year in Spain,” read the caption. Jon Rahm’s team is incomplete

LIV Golf superstar Jon Rahm is on the hunt for a fresh face to join his team, Legion XIII after Kieran Vincent got relegated from the league in 2024. Vincent finished in the “Drop Zone” which is a critical ranking that decides which players will get relegated and which players get to stay. The drop zone is the bottom five finishers at the end of each year who receive relegation from the league. To be precise, players ranked 49th and below in the individual standings fall into this category.

Relegated players then compete in the LIV Golf Promotions tournament to try to earn a roster spot for the next season. Rahm recently dropped hints about his ideal candidate in an interview with Golf Sin Etiquetas. The golfer revealed his plans to add 6-7 players to his team, and the fans got to know that one potential recruit is competing in the Andalucia Masters this week.
