Trending Jon Rahm
The Spanish pro golfer Jon Rahm is trending on Twitter after a tweet by LIV Golf insider, where they tweeted “My #LIVGolf source just confirmed with me John Rahm to LIV INV is indeed a GO. I’ve never been wrong about a LIV signing. Just look at my track record. PGA Tour is on the ropes.”
According to the tweet, ‘John Rahm’ is said to join the LIV Golf. But did you notice something? There is a spelling error in the golfer’s name. The right spelling is ‘Jon Rahm’. The LIV Golf insider accepted the mistake, but now the question stands, is this news true or mere a rumor?

Reporter and golf correspondent Jamie Weir had his own fun and also explained the spelling mistake. He tweeted, “My sources are telling me this is the case too. However, John Rahm is a plumber from Bilbao, has a handicap of 14 and is no relation to world number 6 and 2021 US Open champion Jon Rahm”

Makes sense. Its where players who can’t cut it on the PGA tour go. Rahm’s game has fallen to shit

Because of the spelling mistake made by LIV Golf Insider, it became the subject of a troll, but not everyone was trolling. Some believed that the excitement of sharing the news led to the spelling mistake.
I’m sure it was just an excited rush to share the news typo about “Jon” 😎. pic.twitter.com/ATdRrY1bVh

Some fans disagreed with the news of Rahm joining LIV as he was against it. But, that he did not like the PGA Tour paperwork, so he is joining LIV Golf.
The same Rahm that said LIV golf isn’t golf, not a fan of shotgun starts, 3 day tournaments and no cut, joke! Also spoke out against certain LIV players playing at Wentworth. Never say never but I’d suggest this guy’s just clickbait.

He got the final paperwork for the new super pga tour and obviously didn’t like it. Said he didn’t like the idea when they came up with it. If they were gonna copy LiV why doesn’t he just take the check. Maybe he play president cup b4 leaving maybe not. But hes gone to LivGolf

It wasn’t all negative. People were excited about Rahm joining LIV Golf, only if the news was true.
This is exciting and if true, would be absolutely huge! Assuming he goes to the Fireballs, that team would be solid. Sergio, Chacarra, Rahm, Ortiz, Ancer. Any combination of those 5. We‘d see some cool duels with 4 Aces.

It also attracted some sarcasm.
