Jon Rahm has made a bright start to the PGA Tour this season. The Spanish golfer has won both of his inaugural tournaments in 2023 and is looking invincible. But in the heap of his amazing results, Rahm has made every sweat count in his gym. Recently, a viral video of him doing deadlifts has worked rounds, for which fans have showered praise on him.

Others were profound in the golfer’s will to never stop, despite winning two tournaments already. “One of the most consistent and committed on tour,” TPI wrote in a user’s comment, which resonated with Rahm’s mentality. Here’s a selection of those tweets.
Yeah…I’ve seen that body, not buying he spends a lot of time in the gym.

One of the most consistent and committed on tour.
He’s as powerful as anyone in golf and that doesn’t happen without smart, progressed programming

Very appropriate for in-season work. More weight, not more volume is usually best for building power and avoiding fatigue

Believe it's 345 on DL. Not sure on FS

Good to see him putting in work in the gym but really should clean up the DL a little, yanking it off the ground w/o taking out the slack first can lead to potential injury, shoulders are a little far over the bar very lower back heavy and harder to engage rest of posterior chain

Is Jon Rahm the man to watch out for in 2023?
Amidst all the tumultuous incidents pertaining to golf last year, Rahm has elevated his game to unforeseeable levels. The World No. 3 emerged victorious in the Sentry Tournament of Champions earlier this month, which witnessed a strong field of play.
His win was even more special due to his final day heroics at the Kapalua. Rahm shot a stunning 10-under par on Sunday to clinch victory by two strokes.

He followed up the heroics at the American Express at the PGA WEST Private Clubhouse last weekend. He shot a similar 27-under par after four rounds to secure consecutive victories in the season.
Rahm’s fine form will be music to the ears for Team Europe as the prospect of a Ryder Cup looms large. The biennial tournament will be hosted in Italy this year, with Team USA arriving as defending champions after their landslide victory in the 2021 edition.
