PGA Tour pro makes a shocking gesture towards his caddie at the John Deere Classic
In high-intensity tournaments, golfers generally love to go for a hug or a high-five after making a birdie. Well, the PGA Tour’s Mark Hubbard is not like most players. During the second round of the John Deere Classic, the golfer beautifully holed out for two from a bunker at the par-3 12th. Immediately after the successful shot, however, the 34-year-old turned toward his caddie and flipped him the bird!

According to some news outlets, Hubbard was most likely pointing his middle finger at something else to the right of his caddie. At the end of the clip, the golfer can be seen turning to him and laughing it off.
Thankfully for fans, the R-rated celebration was caught on camera and is now being widely circulated on the internet! From sheer disbelief to hysterics, the obscene moment has now generated a ton of varied reactions.

This the content we should get from the PGA! Gentleman’s game my ass! You mean rich “sophisticated” game and no one wants that anymore. Let’s see the real game of golf we try to replicate every Saturday 🤣 https://t.co/OaxdWMIFc2

One golf enthusiast found the clip a bit too relatable, saying that they would celebrate the same way after holing a bunker shot. As for Hubbard, he seems to be in good form at the TPC Deere Run course. After his four-under 67 on Thursday, the golfer was able to keep the momentum going during Friday’s second round, making four birdies on the front nine! The Colorado native is currently ranked in ninth place on the leaderboard.

Heading into the weekend, Hubbard is definitely one of the favorites to win the title. So far in 2023, he has scripted some amazing results in PGA Tour events. Back in April, he had finished T11 at the RBC Heritage tournament. Hubbard also achieved top-10 finishes at the Charles Schwab Challenge and the RBC Canadian Open.
A former winner on the Korn Ferry Tour, the golfer is on the lookout for his first victory on the PGA Tour. This year, the John Deere Classic has a prize purse of $7.4 million, out of which the winner stands to take home $1.332 million!
