What surgery will Daly go through?
John Daly will have his knee replaced by the end of this week. The knee is generally replaced after it has undergone several pains and struggles caused by osteoarthritis. A replaced knee can help relieve pain and restore function in severely diseased knee joints.
The procedure of the surgery involves cutting away damaged bone and cartilage from your thighbone, shinbone, and kneecap and replacing it with an artificial joint (prosthesis) made of metal alloys, high-grade plastics, and polymers. Daly has been facing issues with his knee for quite some time now. Hopefully, it all comes to an end this Wednesday.
