Tom McKibbin, a 21-year-old golfer from Northern Ireland, is reportedly in talks to join Jon Rahm’s LIV Golf team, Legion XIII. “Spanish new outlet, Ten Golf, are reporting that Tom McKibbin is in discussions to join Jon Rahm’s LIV Team, Legion XIII,” read the tweet. This would be a significant coup for Rahm and LIV Golf, as McKibbin has already shown impressive form on the DP World Tour.

McKibbin, who secured a dual card on the DP World Tour and PGA Tour after a strong performance at the DP World Tour Championship in Dubai, has spoken about his excitement at the prospect of testing himself against the best players in the world, including his hero Rory McIlroy. “Yeah, it would be great to be over there on the PGA Tour, a tour I’ve watched for a long time, and it will be great over there and play some golf,” McKibbin had said, last year.
