Jason Day’s career crowning glory was winning the PGA Championship in 2015. After a few relatively fallow seasons, he rediscovered his form and had a pretty good 2023. He won a PGA Tour event, finished second at the British Open and secured eight top-10 finishes. The Tour veteran has come to the Hero World Challenge on the heels of a second wind.

The 36-year-old is an elite golfer. One doesn’t get invited by Tiger Woods for the Hero World Challenge unless he is top-class. It’s just a 20-player field and Day is one of them. It will be interesting to see how he performs at the Albany Golf Club in the Bahamas this week. However, for any golfer, equipment is as important as his/her skill-set. Here’s a look into what Day carries in the bag.

Golf Monthly mentioned that while testing, the driver that Day plays was found to be facilitating an increase in ball speed and a reduction in spin. But it’s the putter that the Aussie has tinkered with a lot in the last few years before settling on the current one.
