The upcoming Netflix series called “Full Swing” is all set to release on Wednesday 15th February 2023. And fans can’t wait to see what it has to show to the world. The series is also expected to contain the biggest controversy involving Phil Mickelson, Dustin Johnson, Joaquin Niemann, Brooks Koepka, and Ian Poulter, who decided to join LIV Golf, allegedly betraying the tour. According to Thomas, who is likely to appear for a long time in the series, Netflix knew something no one else did.
“I don’t think anybody could have been sitting here at this time last year and said what was going to happen,” he said. “It’s kind of crazy to say but as a golf fan, I’m excited to watch it. I know what [footage] I shot, but I don’t know what Tony Finau shot, or what Rory [McIlroy] shot. It’s going to be interesting and cool.”

Thomas also added info about some of the scenes that he saw from the series. “I see these guys and they’re standing on the third tee or whatever, but I’m still going to see things that I’ve never seen,” he stated. “Everyone who’s a big golf fan will enjoy that side, whereas other people that have maybe never heard of even par before will learn what that is. I think that’s what’s very unique about it.”

Justin Thomas has not said much about the LIV Golf league in comparison to Tiger Woods or Rory McIlroy. However, Greg Norman believes there is a reason behind Thomas’ quietness. “He knows and understands it,” Norman said towards the end of 2022. LIV Golf is commencing its new season a week after the Netflix Series’ release.
