‘It Was on TV’: Jessica Korda Can’t Run Away From This Embarrassing Moment Ft. Sister Nelly Despite Having All the Happiness in the World Now

The Korda sisters have been busy on multiple fronts recently. With the Solheim Cup fast approaching, Nelly Korda is busy training. Jessica Korda, meanwhile, is busy with her pregnancy, and the resulting break from golf. While she might be away from the tournaments, she definitely doesn’t forget her fans.

Jessica Korda recently invited her fans for an AMA and some interesting questions flew in. There were a few very interesting questions which we will discuss. However, what caught our attention the most was a fun question in response to which Jessica Korda narrated an incident involving her sister. Let’s see what the throwback is about.

When Nelly Korda tried to help Jessica Korda

During an Instagram AMA Jessica Korda candidly narrated the story of how she once embarrassed herself on the course, which is what the fan question was about. Jessica was playing the final hole of a round with her playing partner, Nelly. They had reached the final hole, a par 3, and Jessica sort of overlooked the tee markers. 

Nelly Korda, her sincere playing partner, called her out. “I kinda had to see it with my peripheral. Nelly was like ‘Jess.’ I was like ‘Yeah, Okay,’ I thought I was in front of the tee marker. She was like, ‘No, Jess! You need to look. And I looked. Nowhere near the tee markers, and it was on TV,” Jessica narrated the incident with a wide smile that quickly jumped onto our faces.

Jessica realized she had teed up her ball, nowhere near those elusive tee markers. It was adorable how Jessica recounted her exchange with Nelly. 

Other questions during this Instagram session were interesting as well. There was one from Nelly Korda herself and another from Alison Lee. Nelly Korda’s question was short and to the point, and Jessica’s answer was aptly short as well. In fact, her response was more of a question too, to be honest.

Jessica Korda got fun questions to answer

A question came from her peer, Alison Lee, who wanted to know why Jessica Korda was not reading the books she was recommending. Korda responded that most of them were thrillers, and she wanted nightmare-free nights. Looks like Korda is not a big fan of thrillers after all.

Nelly Korda asked her sister, “Are you excited to see me today?” Jessica responded with an interesting “Are you?”

There was actually another question that deserves mention. One fan had asked Jessica if she had Nelly’s reaction when Jessica told her she was pregnant. Jessica eagerly wrote back, “Hehe, yes I do.”
