The ongoing wildfire in Los Angeles has been devastating as more and more citizens are losing their homes and lives. Over 5500 properties have already been destroyed with the estimated losses being around $150 billion. More than 3500 firefighters are continuing to fight the hazard in an attempt to minimize any further damage to the community.
The numbers are not showing any signs of slowing down and Los Angeles is slowly burning into ashes. This has led to many athletes and influential individuals trying to help in any way they can. The GOAT and the organizations associated with him have also announced their intent to contribute to the families who have faced losses in Los Angeles.
Tiger Woods shared a tweet a few minutes ago that included an image with his message. With no caption on the post, the message read, “The devastation that is ongoing with the LA fires is such a tragedy and being from California, it hits home. My heart is with those who have suffered unimaginable loss,” as Woods highlighted the ongoing issue and how he is heartbroken about it.
