For people visiting to watch the game or simply to stay at Pebble Beach, one can look at spending over $600 for a hotel room. The place holds great history and has hosted six U.S. Open tournaments till now. In fact, it is already scheduled to host another one in 2027. The course has also hosted five U.S. Amateurs, the 1977 PGA Championship, and is already listed to host the 2023 U.S. Women’s Open.

But for everyone wondering if that is the most a course costs, you are wrong. According to a list of the most expensive courses in the US by Bleacher Report, Pebble Beach Golf Links fall at the 4th place. This means there are three others that are even costlier to afford for the common man! These include the Wynn Golf Club on number 3, TPC Sawgrass in second place, and the Shadow Creek Golf Course topping the list. A person can easily consider spending somewhere around $1,000 during the peak season for a round.

Renowned for being the greatest meeting place of land and sea in American golf, there are a few things that separate the course from all others. Covered with small putting surfaces, the greens are around 3,500 square feet on average.

The course also offers a great view of the ocean, of course, with challenging seaside holes. The course has been hosting one of the most awaited and fun tournaments, the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am since 1947. Past winners of the event include Ben Hogan, Byron Nelson, Billy Casper, Davis Love III, Vijay Singh, Tiger Woods, and GOAT Jack Nicklaus.
