In December of last year, Augusta National Golf Club revealed that LIV golfers will be allowed to compete in the Masters 2023. The organizers had confirmed that any golfer who qualified for the tournament based on its previous criteria will be allowed to play in 2023.

Last year, 2018 Masters champion, Patrick Reed, joined a string of golfers at the Saudi-funded LIV Golf series. Following his departure from the PGA tour, the 32-year-old’s chances of playing at this year’s Masters came under scrutiny.

However, Patrick Reed’s fans can take a sigh of relief as he will be competing at the Masters this year.
