Nelly Korda has had an amazing season in 2024. She has picked up seven wins this year, including the Chevron Championship in April 2024. Her last victory came at The ANNIKA beating Charley Hull to top the leaderboard last week.
That might not be the last trophy Nelly Korda lifts this year. The world no. 1 faces a tough battle this weekend as she faces 59 other competitors for the final LPGA Tour event of the season; CME Group Tour Championship 2024. After the second round’s play, she phenomenally sits at T4 with -6 on the leaderboard, just 4 strokes behind the leader Angel Yin. But will Nelly Korda have her sister watching her on the course while she is on a quest to win her 8th title of the season?
With one round of the event already done, there have been no signs of Jessica Korda in the audience at the Tiburon Golf Club. There have been no reports that seem to suggest that Nelly Korda will have her sister in the audience as she plays the tournament.

Nelly Korda had an amazing back nine on the final round of The ANNIKA. She scored five birdies in a row to snatch the lead and win her 7th title of the year. Interestingly, the world no. 1 was not the only Korda family member at the Pelican Golf Club. Korda’s brother, Sebastian Korda, who is a tennis player, was cheering her on this time around.

This was the first time the world no. 23 tennis player was in attendance watching his sister lift a trophy. During the post-victory interview, Nelly Korda said, “I didn’t know he was there on the last three. I just saw him at 18 when I made that last putt.”
Korda shared a video post on her Instagram, which captured her reaction when she saw her brother on the course. Fans can expect something similar on Sunday, November 24, 2024. You can follow the sisters on their Instagram account to stay updated about any such events.
