Dustin Johnson’s outrageous home uncovered

Months after selling his old Palm Beach Gardens house, Johnson re-invested the money into buying an extraordinary home called 389 Eagle Drive. He found peace at a location where other prominent golfers, such as Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, reside, in Jupiter.

The island city in Florida is considered one of the wealthiest towns in USA. Johnson’s two-storied mansion was bought at a reported fee worth $14 million. On papers, Robert Thomson of Waterfront Properties represented the buyer from the golfer’s flank.

To dig into some history of the house, the sprawling residence was constructed in 1999. Before Johnson’s purchase, it was owned by husband-and-wife William and Marcia Ulm. Marica is the president of MLU Services, a project manager and consultancy-based service based in Athens, Georgia.

The couple bought the house recently, splashing out $12.7 million for the Jupiter mansion in May 2021. Another Waterfront Properties representative, Jane Letsche, watched over the sale of the residence.

The sellers on the previous occasion were the pair of Benjamin and Bernadette Aiello. They purchased the mansion at a cost of $2.82 million in 2019, which seems like a steal considering the towering prices merely two years later.

However, the Aiello’s refurbished and renovated the mansion to transform it into a world-class amenity. It corresponded well with other properties in Jupiter, which have seen widespread growth in luxury home markets, especially during the pandemic. After selling for a remarkable profit, the Aiello’s settled at a condo in Captain’s Way at Admiral’s Cove, which was bought for $750,000.

What does the house of Dustin Johnson look like from the inside?

What does the 10,000+ acre mansion preserve in its interiors? 389 Eagle Drive in the Admirals Cove neighborhood is one of the most luxurious homes available. The home comes equipped with five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a balcony, an office, a wet bar, a fitness room, a pool, a fire pit, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, a full home generator, and a dock. It’s truly heaven on Earth.

Johnson has also planned his purchase while keeping the location in mind. The house was built on the 0.56-acre site along a canal leading to the Intracoastal Waterway and offers 110 feet of water frontage and a dock that can accommodate a boat up to 80 feet.

He can also swing his clubs as and when he can, with the purchase granting him a membership to the 45-hole course Admirals Cove country club. The Admirals also hosts a wide range of restaurants, marinas, yacht clubs, and gyms.

Johnson will be residing in the house alongside his wife Paulina Gretzky and children Tatum and River Jones. DJ’s wife Paulina is the eldest daughter of hockey legend, Wayne Gretzky.
