In fact, he recently revealed something that has come as a shock to all golf fans around the world.
Greg Norman makes a shocking revelation about LIV Golf’s future
Norman, 68, is adamant to bring change to the traditional ways of golf for professionals. Despite having a highly decorated career on the PGA Tour in his prime years, the LIV Golf CEO is not a big fan of the American Tour’s culture. And to make a real difference, the former golf ace launched the Saudi venture last year and got his hands on some of the best players on the tour.

Currently boasting six of the top 50 players in the world in the LIV Golf League, Norman is ready to move a step further this season. In fact, according to his surprising disclosure, tons of other top players are up and ready to join the league as soon as they get the call! During his interview with NCA NewsWire, Norman claimed, “It’s an ongoing process. We’ve got a long list of players who want to come in. It’s incredible the amount of players who want to come on board. It would surprise you how good those names are.”
However, the big question is how Norman will manage to fit new players when there is no occupancy available for more talent. And even he admitted to the fact that there is no space for new players in the league for now. However, like most of his problems, Norman has a solution for this one too. ”We just don’t have the ability today because players are under contract. But we’ll get to a position where there will be a relegation series and places will start opening up,” he said.

“I just know our model is here to stay,” he said. “It’s my desire to do what is right for the game of golf and what is right for the players, and what is right for the fans that are out here.” Well, fans haven’t really shown complete acceptance toward LIV Golf yet. However, with Norman’s confidence and consistent efforts, there is a chance for the league to survive in the future.
