Reed joined LIV this year, leaving behind the legacy of the PGA tour. During his first LIV event in Portland, he said he moved to the Saudi-backed circuit to enhance his quality of life. However, the more important reason to make the switch was family. Since LIV plays 54 holes, golfers have more time to spend with their families.
Let’s see what the golf fans have to say about this dismissal of the lawsuit.
Like his dishonest career, the suit was a pathetic attempt that fell completely short, like his errant pitch shots!

According to the golfer, he was “constructively terminated” as a member of the PGA tour after joining LIV. The lawsuit states that the PGA tour has been engaged in a pattern where they practiced defamation for Reed. The tour misreported the information with the knowledge of falsifying the truth. They have purposely omitted key facts to mislead the public and spread hate against the young golfer.
However, the case was dismissed by a judge yesterday. They did not accept the lawsuit because the complaint “failed to give defendants notice of the grounds upon which each claim rests.” Reed has alleged 120 factual allegations, followed by incorporating all 120 allegations into each and every count. Therefore, the LIV player will have to file the lawsuit again by December 16, 2022.
