Tiger Woods lost his chance to win his 16th major at St. Andrews this week. However, he would still return to America with good memories from the 150th Open Championship, especially the standing ovation that he received from the audience on his walk up to the 18th.

The Open Championship will not return to the home of golf for at least a few years, making the golfer think that it could be his last chance to play the major here. “The fans’… the ovation, the warmth… it was an unbelievable feeling,” he added.
