John Daly is among the most integral players on the PGA Tour. The man is best recognized for his non-country club appearance on and off the field. He is also known for his inconsistent play on the course.
Daly is the most honest athletes in the golf community. Like Tiger Woods, Daly also doesn’t shy away when it comes to expressing his views regarding a sensitive issue. But recently when he was asked to comment on the ongoing PGA Tour and LIV Golf rivalry, the golfer decided to take a safer stance.

Daly was on an interview with Tomi Lahren, who asked the player about the rise of the LIV Tour and what he thinks about it. But Daly surprisingly chose to remain diplomatic about it.
John Daly on the LIV Golf and PGA Tour rivalry
Daly started by saying, “I’m too old to even worry about it.” making it clear that he has no interest in making any heavy statements. The player continued, “I’m not against the LIV, and I’m not against what the Tour is doing. I’m not against other tours.”

Daly talked about how he thinks golf is such a great game and he finds so many great people playing the game. He also wished that both the tours could come together and make it work. He said, “I personally wish they would come together and work it out”.

Who does Daly support?
Daly made it clear in the interview that he is not planning to join the LIV Tour. He has always played on the PGA Tour and wants to stick to it. Daly said, “I’m gonna stay on the PGA Tour. I love the guys on the Champions Tour, I wish we’d play faster, but that’s my home”

He added, “But I’m not gonna criticize the LIV and I’m surely not gonna criticize the PGA Tour”. Daly made it clear that his support is always extended to PGA Tour, but he had nothing against the LIV Tour.
