However, one has never seen him out of shape ever. And according to the GolfTV interview he gave in 2019, it is not because he eats less food daily.

“If I’m at home, I’ll eat five to seven meals in a day,” he said in the series, ‘Wayward Drives with Henni,’ on GolfTV. “I struggle with keeping my weight up,” he explained why he follows such a diet. “So if I don’t eat enough, I typically lose weight very quickly.”
Notably, the golfer gave the interview when he was in Mexico, and he revealed that something about the country increased his appetite. “I don’t know what it is, but this altitude, I’ve been starving,” he added. “I’ve been eating so much food and just so hungry all the time.” Furthermore, he explained how he has been eating while practicing and craving food in the middle of the night.

Woods also told the interviewer about his comfort food in the series. “Steak and potatoes,” he revealed. “Just like my dad… steak, potatoes, and a little bit of black pepper.”

Practicing and working out are two of the most important things to becoming a good athlete. However, Woods thinks eating plenty of food is also necessary. In fact, the 1-time major champion, Lexi Thompson, had once revealed that the golfer had told her to “eat more” when she asked him for a piece of advice to keep her going on the golf course.
