The Ryder Cup is one of the most prestigious occasions in the golfing community. In the recent edition of this biennial event, a Scottish fan stole the show with his bizarre act. The fan was named John Burleigh.

But what exactly was the bizarre act he committed? Well, John “Colonel Sanders” Burleigh took a dive in the pond on the sixteenth hole and later hoped for a collaboration with KFC.

The Scottish fan in the spotlight, John Burleigh, said, “The sun got to me and I was lost to delirium… So long as KFC calls me up with an offer, I’ll be quite happy.”

Whether KFC will call this Colonel Sanders lookalike or not remains a mystery to all of us. However, one thing that has cleared up is the level of confidence Burleigh carries. His interesting act was surely an unexpected show-stealer at the 2023 Ryder Cup.
