John Daly’s cocktail impresses one of Holywood’s biggest rappers
The bad boy of golf, John Daly, is the jack of many trades. Beyond golf, he has tried his hand at other ventures like music and TV ads. And his bigger-than-life persona has inspired a vodka brand to create a drink after him.
Daly has inspired the ready-to-drink, canned cocktails of the newly-founded spirits company called Good Boy Vodka. He is also the face of the brand. Good Boy Vodka has a special signature ready-to-drink John Daly cocktail which features zero carbonation and zero sugar.

And Daly and his drink have found a fan in the music industry with American rapper and singer, Post Malone who is known for hits like Congratulations and Rockstar. In the recent podcast interview with UFC commentator Joe Rogan in his show The Joe Rogan Experience, Malone admitted that his favorite drink is the John Daly Drink. The clip of the same was shared by Founder and CEO, of Good Boy Vodka, Alex Pratt on his Instagram.

In the clip, Malone says, “I prefer myself a John Daly.” To which Joe asked, “Which is a John Daly?” And Malone replied, “It’s a vodka and Arnold Palmer.” This is not the first time that the music industry has appreciated the Daly-inspired drink.
DJ Khaled is also a lover of the John Daly vodka
Rapper DJ Khaled has a following of millions. However, he himself is an ardent follower of golf. And while playing a few months ago, he crossed paths with Daly on a golf course and tried his iced tea-lemon flavor cocktail. “It’s amazing,” he said instantly andafter which he hugged Daly.

Khaled also urged others to try the delicious drink. The clip was also later shared by Daly on social media. Other than Khaled, Daly’s daughter Shynah Daly, has also expressed her love for the drink on social media.

On the game front, Daly last played at the Open Championship where he missed the cut. He is also recovering from injury and battling with cancer, and because of that he is participating in fewer events this year.
