Everyone has their preferences while playing golf, whether small or big. However, some players like to stick exactly by the rules. Paige Spiranac, the former professional golfer on the LPGA tour, recently revealed one thing she has never done on the course.
The social media personality runs her own podcast called ‘Playing a Round’. In the episode called ‘Tigers’s back’, she delves into her own game and what habits she follow after her retirement from competitive golf.

Now, we’re aware that some pro golfers enjoy the effect of drinking. Interestingly, she revealed that she has never consumed alcohol before stepping onto the course. Moreover, she went deeper into the topic. Let’s see what she had to say-

Paige Spiranac admits she’d like to play drunk golf
She revealed, “I don’t drink on the golf course. That’s one thing that I just don’t do. I know a lot of people like to enjoy a beer or 10. I have never played drunk. I have never, I can’t say never, I’ve had like a shot or a couple at cheery events. But, I’ve never been drunk while playing. I’ve honestly never even been tipsy. I just don’t drink on the golf course.”

However, she admitted that this is something she is willing to try. She said, “And maybe that’s what my golf game is missing. Maybe if I drank a little bit then I would be better.”
And as she spoke, she successfully convinced herself to try it out and came up with a plan. “Maybe I’ll film a video on that ‘The science behind drinking on the golf course- if it helps or hinders your game.’ That is definitely what I’m going to be doing. Look out on my YouTube channel for that video. It is coming!”
