Sergio Garcia is renowned for his extraordinary abilities on the greens. He most certainly ranks among the best golfers of this generation. However, his career has experienced a significant setback this year. The Spanish golfer had to miss the PGA Championship this year. Last year, he received criticism from the golfing community after switching to LIV Golf and receiving $40 million. He is also at odds with the DP World Tour right now because he hasn’t paid the £100,000 fine that the organization levied on him for switching Tours.

But he recently surprised his supporters by winning a qualification event and earning a spot in the U.S. Open. Not only this, he is also gearing up for the LIV Golf DC event, and in the midst of it, he had something to say regarding the PGA Tour.

Garcia gave a very cautious response. He said that since he is no longer a member of the PGA Tour; he is unaware of their thoughts.I have no idea. I mean, I don’t know what the PGA TOUR is thinking. I don’t belong to that tour, so I don’t know what they’re thinking about, and I don’t really lose any time thinking about it,” said Garcia.

Garcia also stated that every golfer loves playing golf. Golfers don’t compete to win merely to see what the PGA Tour does next. They compete in tournaments because they like rivalries and winning prizes.
