While for that he will again have to lead the team to reach the 13-point mark before the Great Britain and Ireland team. As each match offers one point to the winner, while for a tie 1/2 points are added for each team.
In the first edition, Shane Lowry, Ewen Ferguson, Robert MacIntyre, Thomas Detry, Thomas Pieters, and Guido Migilozzi were part of the Cup. However, now, many new debutants are entering the course to experience the Ryder Cup format. The teams will be playing foursomes, fourballs, and single matches. However, as compared to the Ryder Cup, each player will tee off in each session. And for the fans who wish to take advantage of the live coverage, here is the broadcast schedule for the event.
