What is termed the sixth ‘major’ on the women’s circuit returns to Calgary. The 50th edition of the CPKC Women’s Open is scheduled to begin from July 23 to July 28 at the Earl Grey Golf Club. The top players on the LPGA Tour, from defending champion Megan Khang to three-time CPKC Women’s Open winner Lydia Ko and 13-time LPGA Tour winner Brooks Henderson, will all be a part of the 156-player field.

Only the top 78 players after the Friday round will qualify to get one step closer to the trophy. Along with it, the winner takes home $390,000, from a $2.6 million purse. The Earl Grey Golf Club, located in Calgary, will be hosting the prestigious LPGA Tour event for the first time in its history! It was first inaugurated in 1919 and has undergone several renovations and updates over the century. The latest renovation was made in 2018. For the upcoming CPCK Women’s Open, it has been completely rerouted.
