LIV Golf, which began with the speculation of failure, has stood strong, while also becoming the biggest competitor for the PGA Tour. The Saudi league has done everything to stay in the competition, from having the top names to offering the best of experiences to fans. But now, the league has made a strategic move with the ongoing trend to increase the visibility of the league. In the past few years, away from the on-course action, fans have been eager to witness the inside story of the golfers and the league. The interest in witnessing their favorite golfer’s personal life, the preparation that goes on before the event, and many other moments make them crave the unforgiving touch and essence of reality.

Some of the key examples of it would be Bryson DeChambuea, Kai Trump, and Phil Mickelson, who have garnered millions of views through their social media series. DeChambeau started his YouTube channel to showcase the personal life of a professional golfer. It did turn out to be the game changer for him, as he has more than 1.79 million subscribers on YouTube. Not just this, but his videos reach millions of views. Also, there has been much noise for the Full Swing docuseries, which featured the top names of the PGA Tour.

Though in season two, there was a section where LIV Golf was included for the merger talks, but majorly, the series showcases the PGA Tour’s adrenaline-filled moments. However, now, LIV has shared a new update to bring back the spotlight! During the Masters week, the league is premiering its all-access docuseries, ‘LIV to Win’.

The series will premiere on April 7th at FS1. Apart from this, the league has shared a trailer to create hype for the series. As expected, the hype has already skyrocketed, with golfers cursing at the scrutiny they have been under.

Veteran golfer angrily replies to the trolls during the ‘LIV to Win’ trailer release

Jon Rahm made the switch to LIV after having his prime performance under scrutiny for a long time. Even in the trailer, the golfer talked about it. Sergio Garcia, who recently won the LIV Golf Hong Kong event, was seen sharing how fans questioned his decision. He shared how people mocked them for joining a different league, saying, “All these guys are done. They’re not competitors anymore.” The 45-year-old who has had 11 victories on the PGA Tour hasn’t stopped increasing the victories. He has bagged two victories in the LIV schedule as well.

Right after Garcia shared how LIV golfers were mocked, Jon Rahm came in and made a clear, angry statement. He said, “Bulls— we don’t care. Don’t ever tell me that I don’t care about golf!” The former No. 1’s aggression and anger towards the trolls and speculation that took place in December 2023 is still fresh for him. Rahm’s anger in his eyes was evident. But despite the accusations, the golfer has managed to perform great with each appearance. He even has two victories at LIV Golf.
