The Genesis Invitational will be returning with its host, making an official comeback as well. Yes, Tiger Woods will be playing his first official and competitive event in the last nine months. While the stage is set for the legendary golfer to start his 2024 season, the signature will also have seventy more players at Riviera Country Club.

The fans are enthralled and so are we, but if you have missed the ticket for the Genesis Invitational, here is a guide on how you can enjoy the third signature event of the 2024 season virtually from the comfort of your home!

The broadcast schedule for the Genesis Invitational

The third $20 million showdown of the PGA Tour’s 2024 schedule will start on February 15th and the four-day event will begin on February 18th. The event can be watched via Golf Channel and CBS television, while it will be live-streamed via PGA Tour LIVE and Peacock.

The first two rounds (Thursday and Friday) will have similar coverage times. Both rounds will be live streamed on PGA Tour live from 2:00 to 8:00 pm. Whereas Golf Channel will broadcast from 4 pm (ET) and a simul-cast will be on Peacock. The PGA Tour Radio will air the event from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The last two rounds will be televised on Golf Channel and CBS. The event will start the day on Golf Channel, but the coverage will shift to CBS after the initial two hours. The schedule for the Saturday and Sunday rounds is below: (EST)

  • PGA Tour Live: Round 3: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. | Round 4: 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • PGA Tour Radio: Rounds 3 and 4: 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Golf Channel/Peacock: Round 3 and 4: 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
  • CBS: Round 3: 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. | Round 4:  3:00 to 6:30 p.m.

The last two rounds will also be available on CBSSports.com or the CBS Sports App. While Fubo TV streams the broadcast for free, at the same as Golf Channel and Peacock. The event will be one of the most exciting as Woods will be in the field. As most will be tuning in to watch the 15-time major champ, the question remains, when will Woods be playing?

Tiger Woods’s tee time at the Genesis Invitational

Last season, Tiger Woods finished T45 at the Riviera CC, which could be due to his injured ankle. But now the 82-time PGA Tour winner has recovered considerably and will start as the 10th group on Tee 1. Woods will be teeing up with Justin Thomas and Gary Woodland.

The three will start the game at 12:25 p.m. (ET), the group can be watched via any of the above-mentioned channels. For Friday round two, Woods has been paired with the same golfers but will be teeing at 2:54 p.m. (ET). The round will be starting in just a few hours.
