Throughout his ups and downs, Adam Scott’s wife, Marie Kojzar, remains a steadfast source of support for the golfer. While he competes in tournaments, Marie waits at home for him. Not only his wife, but Scott’s children also play a significant role in the golfer’s life, becoming another pillar of support.

Scott’s wife, Marie Kojzar, was born and raised in the capital city of Sweden, Stockholm. She graduated from the Royal College of Art and became an architect. The golfer keeps his personal life private and hasn’t shared any photos with Marie on his Instagram. Likewise, his wife appears to be someone who avoids social media. Surprisingly, the couple hasn’t even been spotted together at the golf tournaments that Adam Scott plays in.

The couple initially met back in 2001, when Kojzar was a nanny for Danish pro golfer Thomas Bjorn. They immediately developed a liking for each other and started dating. Their relationship was on and off until 2008, and eventually they broke up. But they went back together and tied the knot in 2014, just after the Masters tournament. Coming to the year 2024, the couple is now blessed with three children named Bo Vera, Byron, and Björn, as revealed on the TGL Golf website.

His first child, Bo Vera Scott, a daughter, was born in February 2015 in Queensland, Australia. Interestingly, the golfer hasn’t shared any details about the birth of his other children. One of his children did attend the Pro-AM Day at a golf tournament at RACV Royal Pines Resort in 2019. After that, none of them were spotted with the golfer. As the couple enjoys a peaceful life with their three children, their marriage story is also quite intriguing.

Adam Scott silently married his wife

As previously mentioned, Scott’s relationship with Marie was on and off throughout their dating period. After splitting up in 2008, when the couple went back together in 2014, they immediately tied the knot. However, their marriage remained a secret, as they had a private wedding in the backyard of Scott’s home in the Bahamas, just a few days after the 2014 Masters, with only a few close friends and family in attendance.

What is even more surprising is that even invited guests had no idea that they were going to attend a marriage ceremony, as the couple even skipped the engagement as well. Adam Scott himself talked about it and simply said, “It’s official,” to the Australian Associated Press in May 2014. Talking about it, he further added, “I am a settled-down man and very happy. It was just our family and a few friends and obviously there are a lot of people we would have liked to have had there who weren’t but we decided to have a very low-key affair.”

Adam Scott and his family now happily live in the Bahamas and in Switzerland.
