While it all sounds great in theory, the fact is, the 2024 U.S. Open winner is still hungry for victories. While DeChambeau did manage to win a major last year, he did not really capitalize on his great form and achieve many other tournament victories. But that might change in 2025 with the expansion of the International Series & the Asian Tour.

The LIV Golf commissioned golf leagues, the Asian Tour & the International Series saw some exciting contests this year. Considered a pathway to LIV Golf, every player participating in the events was eager to top the table and avail of a LIV Golf contract.

The 2025 season will kick off with the International Series India presented by DLF from January 30 to February 2 at the DLF Golf and Country Club in Gurugram, India. This is the same venue where the DP World Tour & Asian Tour event, the Hero Indian Open will be hosted at the end of March 2025.

While the captain of the Crushers GC does not really need to qualify for LIV Golf, the exciting competition might pique his interest. Going up against some unfamiliar faces in the main circuit might also help him develop his game.

Rumors suggest that Bryson DeChambeau will be visiting India to participate in the season opener of the International Series in 2025. Speaking about the possibility of DeChambeau participating in the event, Indian LIV Golf player Anirban Lahiri said, “I think we will see an amazing impact on Indian golf because of the tournament. If all goes down well, and if Bryson is here, there are so many people who just want to get a glimpse of the man for the way he has transformed our sport.” Only time will tell if it will actually happen.

A week after the two LIV Golf events in March in Hong Kong & Singapore, the International Series Macau presented by Wynn might also interest the world no. 10. Especially considering that there won’t be another LIV Golf event till May 2025, DeChambeau might want to get into action that weekend to prepare for the Masters Tournament.

A few days before the British Open title, DeChambeau will also have the option to get into a rhythm at the International Series Morocco. Especially considering that he would not be able to compete in the LIV Golf event in the following week at Andalucía due to his major commitments.
