Charley Hull concluded the US Women’s Open at Pebble Beach with a stellar performance. She sealed her position at 2nd on the leaderboard by shooting 6-under 66 in the final round of the championship. And her gameplay was indeed heroic there. But Hull’s performance took a sudden U-turn at the Amundi Evian Championship when she missed the cut with 77 and 70 at the ends of rounds one and two, respectively. When the reason behind her failure was investigated, it was known that she was sick with an ailing body. Besides this, she also mentioned in an interview that she had a high temperature and swollen hands and feet.
