Tiger Woods and PGA Tour’s ultimate showdown for the 2023 leg—The Hero World Challenge, is just a few days away. Amid the excitement, news about a Tour Champion’s withdrawal from Woods’ hosted tourney has made it to the headlines, raising some eyebrows.

In the quiet hills of San Diego, Xander Schauffele recently sat for an interview discussing his move ahead in the realm of pro golfing. The golfer talked about his tumultuous 2023 season; a year that had promised so much yet left Schauffele grappling with disappointment.

The exclusive interview had Schauffele admitting that he had withdrawn from Tiger Woods’ Hero World Challenge tourney and that he won’t be playing in any other event this year. His next stop ought to be Hawaii in January for the Sentry Tournament of Champions, after which the fans will see him playing along with other PGA Tour stars on Tiger Woods’ TGL.

In the last few months, a wave of heavy tidings has surrounded Tiger Woods. While Schauffele now takes some time off the greens to rest before the PGA Tour season-opener and Woods’ TGL, a tragedy has hit the scenes of Mr.T’s first virtual game debut grounds, causing some havoc in the world of golf.

The fate of deflation has been attributed to an overnight failure of the temporary power system used during construction. Before the accident, the stadium was set to host the league’s first match on January 9. The venue designed on 250,000-square-foot was planned to accommodate around 1,600 people on match nights. Now, the leads remain uncertain.
