Unfortunately, the 21-year-old golfer was forced to withdraw from the Wyndham tournament due to his injury. However, there is a silver lining as he has already secured a spot in the upcoming FedEx St. Jude Championship, which marks the beginning of the three playoff events.

Additionally, according to the SI publications, the two-time PGA tour winner even shared a positive update about his injury. Kim continued, “The ankle has gotten a lot better. Obviously it’s just not going to heal right away. I got a thumbs up from my trainers and my doctors, so hopefully I’ll be ready to tee it up on Thursday.”
