Tiger Woods has been off of the golf course for the past 7 months. The legend had decided to prioritize his health over his career. However, he is now ready to make a comeback at the Hero World Challenge. Though Woods’ long-time caddie, Joe LaCava has shifted to Patrick Cantlay‘s bag, and now the former stands without one.

LaCava made the shift after Woods withdrew from the Masters in April for recovery and he wanted to have more regular work. With the golfer’s ceremonial comeback, the questions about his bagmen was the most anticipated one. The golfer himself just shared who will be caddying for him at the Hero World Challenge at Albany Golf Club.

Since Tiger Woods’ long-time caddie and friend took the bag of Cantlay, Woods has been without a caddie. Although he did not need it for the last 7 months, now as he prepares to play, he probably will.

In his recent press conference before the challenge, the 5x Masters Champion answered the question about his bagman. He said, “Rob this week, you see me a few shots.” Moreover, he talked about his plan for next year and said, “As far as next year? I don’t know yet.”

McNamara is Woods’ vice president for the TGR and his manager. The latest revelation shuts the rumor of Charlie Woods becoming his caddie. The golf great also said that Charlie is definitely out of the question as he “can’t play hooky”.

The 82-time PGA Tour winner has not decided yet on the caddie for the PNC Championship and it will be another surprise for the golf world. The golfer confirmed his appearance at the PNC Championship a few days back and was the last one to be added to the field.
