The Ryder cup is a battle between Europe and the USA, where the best of the best team up to impress. That being said, Team Europe and Team USA have already found their captains in Henrik Stenson and Zach Johnson, respectively.
Now, though the actual work around the Ryder Cup teams will start later, a captain is an integral part of the event. Not only does the individual work towards making his country win, but they also make sure the team works together.
