Peyton said, “Tiger made me go to his house. On the morning of that match. I had to go through his full-body warm-up routine. And I told you to need to get there about 20 minutes before? hit some balls? Maybe have a beer and go play?”

He added, “He’s like, No, I want you here at 8 am to work with my body missus. You got to get in a sauna. We’re going to work out together. We’re going to hit balls and putt. So he was in full grind mode. He wanted to beat Phil. So I didn’t want to let him down.” Manning’s words prove Woods’ hunger to win and how he wants to make sure that the 82-time PGA Tour winner puts in all the extra effort that can help him to win. It is truly incredible.

Who won the match in the end?

The team of Woods and Peyton was too good for Phil and Brady. Moreover, Woods and Manning had an early lead over Phil and Brady. The duo won three holes of their first seven holes, and both played good golf. However, Brady made an unbelievable hole out from the fairway on the eight holes.

As a result, he and Phil won that lead. Moreover, as the match moved to the back nine, teams adopted a modified alternate shot method, and Phil’s team played well on the back nine. However, in the end, Woods and Peyton won with a comprehensive 1up win over Phil and Brady after 18 holes.
